Hallinskioi looks a bit preoccupied as you bump into them. "I am the Protector of the Rainbow Bri... er, I guard the bazaar and Merchant Quarter. Hey, maybe you can do me a favor. I need to stay at my post, but someone has to check Merchant Quarter, Rat's Head Tavern, and Catnip Lounge. If you patrol through the Bazaar and around to those areas, there might be a cookie in it for you."
